Returns Policy    

We offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee.

To return an item, please contact our Client Care Team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorisation Code and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. Returns should be sent via a fully insured tracked service. In the case of an incorrect or defective item, Luxury Brand Brokers will cover the cost of the return shipping.

For security reasons we recommend that you do not use the name ‘Luxury Brand Brokers‘ anywhere on the packaging of your returned item. Please use ‘LBB’.

Please note: ‘Luxury Brand Brokers’ will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your return, late delivery or cancellation of your order, so we advise that you retain all proof of posting and documentation.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. The payment will be refunded by the same method it was paid.

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected by our experts. Please note that items showing signs of wear, or having been altered, re-sized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. A full refund will be issued providing the item is returned in its original condition as sold, unworn and together with its original packaging and certificate where applicable.

We reserve the right to charge restocking fees (normally 10%) if any of these conditions are not met. This will be assessed fairly and determined by us according to the extent to which these conditions were broken or any damage that has been caused to the returned item.

Non-return of an original certificate will be charged at £120 to cover the cost of a replacement certificate and you may be charged an additional replacement cost for packaging and any other collateral material.


‘Luxury Brand Brokers’ gives a 12 month authenticity guarantee on items purchased from the Company. Some items might still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Items listed as Pre-owned

Where possible the original paperwork will accompany the item, but in most cases will be out of manufactures warranty.

Some jewellery items, due to the nature of the items, are excluded from a full warranty. We will extend a limited warranty to cover any minor incidentals or manufacturing defects at our discretion. Feel free to enquire what warranty comes with your specific item.
